Do not use this company. The customer rep needs some training on how to handle with the customer and is very rude and her only reply is "thats just our process". Well your process needs to be changed. I dont know about their job whether it is good or not but if you want to deal with a company who can actually communicate do not go ahead with this company!!!!!

O n two occasions I have had representatives of Green Side Energy solutions visit my house. Once upgrading my Insulation, the other for installing a Heat pump. Both teams were efficient and attentive to my questions and enquiries. Between the Efficiency of the installation teams and the value they add to your home, I would thoroughly recommend the Team at Greenside Energy Solutions.
