My mum was a resident in the hospital section and I cannot praise them enough. The staff are so caring and friendly. I highly recommend this retirement village.
Beautiful, peaceful, amazing gardens. Front desk person always so lovely. The residents tell me they are happy and you can see why
Our elderly, very dear friend has recently moved into an apartment. Sure it was a huge mental readjustment, but a few weeks in the staff and facility have helped our friend to adjust, fit in, and now actually like being there. Well done !
Grace Joel actually care more about the decor and over all looks of the place and ambience . The staff at the desk are not very familiar with the protocols, also not very friendly service. It's another age care residential with a lot of room for improvement required. Request to Senior Management: Don't treat this place as a boutique business. Please Invest at more staffing ratio and procedures to reflect better and effective care. It's my honest opinion !
My husband was there for 3 months last year for his recovery of an operation plus he also has Mylopethy, we could not have asked for better service, care, friendliness and the staff are just amazing. He is now going back for resit care as he wouldn't go any where else.
Ol Grannie is almost 99 staying in the high care wing of Grace Joel. Family members are constantly at Grace Joel and they all can't rave about Grace Joel enough. Grannie has been at Grace Joel for 10 years and loving it. Don't think twice about getting into this place - the cost will be worth the happiness of your elderly family member.
Decor needs updating. As usual, staff not very upfront at the desk. General atmosphere glum Seems to need more recreation and entertainment for the residents.

nice place to visit. great facilities. easy access .
Rock up here with a baby and a dog and you'll be set for conversation for at least an afternoon. Seriously though, they take amazing care of our old boy.
