After requesting counciling I was left for months with no answer. I rang and left messages but still no one bothered to contact me. Pretty slack in my opinion so I moved to another dr
I've been with Gonville Health for 2 years now and it has taken that long for them to even begin to listen even after multiple appointments with then complaining about the same issues. I am peri menopausal. Most of the time they brush you off and don't take you seriously. I have had to beg them for what I want and even then they make it very hard for ya. in the last few months my symptoms kicked up a notch and it took them 2 months to tell me i had a prolapse down below even though my visits to them for help have increased more than before. They make you go home and deal with it while waiting for the next appointment coming up. Its not always that simple. I have made formal complaints and still dont feel taken seriously. their level of care even after complaining is still questionable. There is no eccuse for brushing your patients off. if a patient comes in multiple times it means the issue has not yet been sorted/solved.nnDO BETTER Gonville Health. Dont neglect your patients' needs. And give your patients consistency and care in a far more timely manner.nnHardrd to build trust with you when I could have been heard 2 years ago.
The appointment time waits are very reasonable, and if you're feel acutely ill, they can almost always get you or your child in that day or the next. Every doctor and nurse I have seen have been excellent. They are thorough, and genuinely concerned, so will do the necessary tests and referrals. My practice before this was nothing like this mainly due to staff shortages. I have moved further across town, but wouldn't leave this practice if you paid me.
THE STAFF DON'T GET BACK TO YOU SO YOU HAVE TO RING SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL THEY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU
Waited two hours for a phone appointment and it just didn't happen.
