Have gone to this practice for over 3 years. Have always found the doctors, nurses, receptionists very caring, and competent. They are a busy practice, so don't just give them a bad review if you can't see them instantly; we're lucky to have a free and functioning medical service in New Zealand, and medical providers such as Gonville Health do a fantastic job in a tough setting
Very poor phone service, I was on hold for over an hour where the count down for cueing started at 7 then it got to 1 then started back at 5 again and this happened multiple times my co wokers had mentioned that this was very poor service and said Winz has a better answer rate. I rung at 2:10 pm to make an appointment for imms and still haven't been able to get in. please do better i hung up at 3:35
I’m so disappointed it’s one of the worse doctors for communicating and then when it comes to needing the right help they expect you to tell them and then there phone line it’s like no one answers or they put you back in cue I’m sick of these doctors it’s like they don’t care and there just taking the piss. Not happy

I've been with Gonville Health for 2 years now and it has taken that long for them to even begin to listen even after multiple appointments with then complaining about the same issues. I am peri menopausal. Most of the time they brush you off and don't take you seriously. I have had to beg them for what I want and even then they make it very hard for ya. in the last few months my symptoms kicked up a notch and it took them 2 months to tell me i had a prolapse down below even though my visits to them for help have increased more than before. They make you go home and deal with it while waiting for the next appointment coming up. Its not always that simple. I have made formal complaints and still dont feel taken seriously. their level of care even after complaining is still questionable. There is no eccuse for brushing your patients off. if a patient comes in multiple times it means the issue has not yet been sorted/solved.nnDO BETTER Gonville Health. Dont neglect your patients' needs. And give your patients consistency and care in a far more timely manner.nnHardrd to build trust with you when I could have been heard 2 years ago.
