Having been in the fitness industry for the past 12 years, I am a working mother of two who understands the demands of a busy lifestyle and the importance of making the most of your training time. My knowledge is supported by real life experiences, being successful in achieving weight loss and fitness goals myself. I have trained for and competed in several half marathon walks and runs, numerous off-road running events and represented Canterbury in Touch Rugby. Constantly looking for new challenges, I believe there are no limits to what your mind and body can achieve. It’s about continually making changes to improve your lifestyle, finding a healthy balance and becoming a better you.
