I have been a tenant with this company for 2 years now. As a previous homeowner who was screwed over by a property management company I absolutely love these "guys." They are not only professional, but considerate and compassionate. They show they not only work for the homeowner but for the tenants as well. They take care of business!! I recommend them to renters and homeowners. Great people.
I am so happy with the home I am in. Everyone seems friendly. My main interaction with the office has been with Kelly and she comes off as honest and genuine. The contractors are good at what they do, very professional and also very real.
They were very nice to us even though we chose to move.
I am posting truly because I AM IN LOVE wit Go2guyPropertymanagement. For starters I been with them 5yrs.&counting.I have been in 3 different homes in these 5yrs.only by choice/different preference.I am 42yrs.old &been renting since I was 21 and I have never rented from a property management company that has always took care of ALL my needs. When it comes to your essentials ....like repairs or things your property needs they are on it! Right away! I deal mostly with Kelly the office secretary who is Amazing @ seeing to your needs.The owners wife Katlin is awesome too! N John the owner is a very business- oriented really fair man. HE TRULY HELPS PEOPLE! even in tight situations They believe in having all their homes in tip top shape for their tenants most of the time fully rehabbed before u move in. They rent homes in nice neighborhoods,&safe communities. I have never had no break in,theft,or vandalism no 1 has ever even touched my car. That's a huge blessing within itself. They also have an awesome crew of contractors/electricians that know what they doing and come in and fix whatever is needed. I have built report with all of them. I truly feel like family. Furthermore,I will continue to rent from them always simply because at the rate slumlords are out here taking people money every month without fail yet failing to fix or repair anything& leaving em stuck. I will pass..........and stay with a very promising caring realty company..#Go2Guy4dawin
I don’t plan to leave anytime soon. I like this company. So glad I found it.
It could be more detailed however their customer service is great
Their service is excellent! I moved in several years ago with no hassles. I appreciate that my repairs are completed in a timely manner and that the customer service has been very good! One of the property managers Kelly is extremely helpful and has been wonderful from the time we moved in! I'm happy to be a tenant!
