Twisting gravel road through beautiful scenery. Really really cool drive

There are a lot of breathtaking views in here it was worth visiting ! But the road was not paved unfortunately

Fantastic scenery. Be warned it is a dirt road and very narrow and twisting in places. There is a river to ford just before Paradise.

Drive as far as the Dart River below pic after the Paradise sign, not much else beyond unless you want to call on the China man's Bluff. The cows looked restless - do not moo.

The Road to Paradise Reese Valley is one of those Heartland Journeys of New Zealand but this road to paradise is paved with gravel and potholes.. but it takes you to an amazing place sometimes referred to as the Wizards Vail as well as trampers special place of choice.

Its beautiful, just keep going near river beds, park your car and have the walk of paradise.

Little bit unpaved road, but it is beautiful.

You may need 4wd car for this road, but regular car may also work.
