The world seems to revolve around your truck drivers blocking the street for 5 minutes at a time, educate your drivers that there is a loading zone across the street.
Be their customer for nearly 2 years and now they cannot refund what I bought from them 3 weeks ago ?nWhat a cheap way to deal with it !!
We heard and observed one of your Male employees being rude and dismissive towards a Female co-worker .nThe woman was opperating an electric fork truck in the direction of the meat chiller entry at around 1:30pm .nThe Male kept telling the woman to move , move and waving her forward down the isle when patrons were plainly in sight and in harms way should the fork truck have moved in the direction as given by the above mentioned arrogant and dismissive male employee.nnThe drivers response at the time was that the machine would not respond as directed by herself...nThe Male employee then said to the female driver your wasting my time ...nnWe personally avoided the area and proceeded towards the frozen meat chillers taking note of prices as marked .nnAgain , We observed the fork truck with the female driver onboard move slowly through into the chilled meat storage area only to be met by the Woman exiting the chiller shortly thereafter with a very serious expression on her face ..nnIt was after this , the fork truck reappeared through the curtains Un Annouced with the above mentioned arrogant and dismissive Male employee seated on board .nnAnd further , to then to be observed WASTING TIME in conversation with another male employee .nnMy partner was very upset by this display from the above mention Male and wanted to leave he premises imediately.nnWe Did .
Only order 3 items, 1 out of stock, 1 didn't load, only got 1 item. They always have things out of stock and no one will tell you or show up in their system. You can only find out when delivery person tell you and end with nothing to use! Ordered flour from gilmours, the flour bag broken 2 times in a row! Highly not recommended for people doing business.
