Very nice place to repair your laptop or mobile or tablet. My laptop was not working. They checked it thoroughly and did not charge me anything because it could not be fixed. All other shops charge for onky checking but they don't charge.. Two highly competent Asian girls working here. One has died her hair blue. Highly recommended. Trust me. The service from theses guys was absolutely amazing. They explained all the requirements needed to fix my phone very clearly, did not pressure me into making an immediate decision and as promised it was repaired in an hour in perfect condition. I highly recommend 1 hour repair to others wanting to repair their phones.

Very happy with my laptop touch screen fixed here. They didn’t have the touch screen in stock since it was a fairly new model and can’t find anywhere else. So they helped me ordered from overseas and was keeping me informed throughout the time. Great service.

1 Hour Repair fixed my MacBook Air and IPhone. Their communication about the issues on the devices, repair process and quoting cost was excellent. They delivered in the time frame they said they would. They were very helpful and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend them. Their fast work has meant I don’t need to buy a new laptop and phone.

Highly recommended. Fixed my oppo phone screen here which was not a common model in New Zealand. So they helped me ordered from overseas and the screen arrived in 2 weeks as they said. The total repair cost was reasonable.

These people did their jobs very fast. Fixed my Samsung phone screen in 1 hour as they said while other shops took overnight to fix.

I stumbled across this Mobile Repair shop about 1 week ago, I turned in my iPhone XS which had a shattered screen. X gave me an awesome price and service i couldn't refuse. I was meant to show up by 4pm, running very late, i got there at 5pm and she was closed. I gave her a quick call and she was kind enough to go out of her way and meet me at her shop after hours. This is what great customer service is and truely rarely happens, given my circumstances. Very thankful and happy!

Great place to get your phone repaired. Standard charges for each phone or tablet makes the choice easy. Phone was repaired super quickly. Staff were knowledgeable and were able to help with all I needed.

UPDATE: 2 MONTHS AFTER SCREEN REPAIR, SCREEN IS NO LONGER WORKING. Horrible service! Avoid if possible. I know the prices are cheap and thats the reason why I went there. They tried to fix my iPhone screen that was broken. When I got home the face recognition and audio were broken. It took more than 3 weeks for everything to get solve. Horrible communication. Joe is a rude person who kept insulting me, he yelled at me in multiple occasions and made SEXIST comments towards me. I would definite avoid this place. My phone ended up with a broken battery and I had to pay extra money to get it fix somewhere else because I was afraid of going back to the shop and see that man. Terrible service!
