By͏ far the best agent i have ever used Right from the beginning at the appraisal stage i knew Emma was a mile ahead of all the other agents i had look at my property, her communication was better,  her suggestions and ideas were better, and then the appraisal she sent me was the best.  As i am based overseas i had to trust and rely on Emma though out the whole selling process, which included using many of her very good contacts to do the upgrade renovations, building reports, staging, and even some repairs that needed to be done. She organised and co-ordinated all of this for me in such a professional way, i was blown away how she got all this done so well, and remained in tight communication almost every day  Then in a very difficult and obvious cooling property market she pressed on determined to get a sale for me, and eventually did succeed in getting a sale across the line. For all of this i would highly recommend to anyone to choose Emma for selling your property, she will not let you down.
