Working with Sandy from start to finish was a streamline, stress free process. Having worked with her as a buyer myself, when it came to selling my own property I knew I wanted the same level of service.  Her direct and clear advice was fantastic in helping navigate the decisions throughout the process.  Her auction of our property was fantastic, dynamic and very exciting to watch.   I will absolutely be using Sandy again in the future.

I sold my property through Ray Whites Auction facility at their St Heliers premises. They did a great job for me, by having Posters and Digital Media Representation in their store frontage of my property.

Not a great experience with a guy named Carl. We were shown a dirty house and looked dilapidated. The gas stove had old oil and the fence outside was rotting plus the carpet was torn on the staircase at the entrance, not to mention dust and dirty windows and overall, not clean in the bathrooms and kitchen. When asked if a clean can be done as well as other upkeep, Carl's response on the phone was "maybe this is not a property for you". Also, the pictures online do not look like the property as it is now, probably taken when the property was new, a of a waste of our time. Carl was not at the viewing but another agent that could not really answer any questions.

These past two weeks, I met Andrea Boussicot; Ray White St Heliers Agent looking for a place to live with my family, which she assisted us. I am very impressed with the service I received,  how things moved so quickly, and how she was there to answer everything I needed to know in person and through emails. Thank you for your assistance and how you made this process so easy for us, because moving can be quite daunting.

During the last two months my girlfriend and I were reaching out to numerous agents across the greater Auckland area. We were living outside of the country so we were unable to view any properties in person. For this reason most agents we contacted would either ignore us or not even give us the time of day. Carl Russell at Ray White on the other hand was an anomaly. During one of the organized viewing times Carl mentioned he could wait until everyone had viewed the property to then video call us and provide a full walk through of the unit. Carl was the only agent that treated us with respect and complete professionalism. We were amazed at the level of service we received, and so grateful to Carl and Ray White.

Great dealings with Carl Russell from Ray White St Heliers.  A genuine and kind agent.  Carl got us into our rental house in less than 24 hours and he and his team have been easy to work with over the past year.

From the moment we visited the property until the moment we move into the property, Ray White St Heliers` Agent Andrea BOUSSICOT has always been very much concerned with our interrogations, never leaving a question without an answer in a very efficient way...along with a smile which was very much appreciated in this quite stressful moment such as moving house. Very professional !

I've been a client of Ray White St Heliers for quite some time, and have always found Tamara and her Team, courteous and friendly to deal with...a very pleasant place to do business with.

Great experience renting through Ray White St Heliers, always there when we have questions or need something sorted, service is always speedy and efficient and Carl and Tamara are great to deal with.
