Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you ! It was my first visit to this dental practice. I was seen by Dr. Ali who immediately put me at ease. He carried out the assessment and explained exactly what was required to rectify some fillings that had broken away. Dr Ali was totally professional throughout my treatment and I left with my full smile back. I cannot praise Dr Ali enough !!! i am recommending Gentle Dental to all my friends & family...
Clean place and friendly staff. Practice hasn't long been renovated which has improved it alot.on last several visits I've had several fillings. X-rays of teeth and general check up. Everyone was professional and I wasn't in any pain throughout it all.Harcin was the dental nurse who did an exceptional job to relax me etc. All my work needed did take several visits which were spread out. So only thing I would change is getting back in for next visits sooner. Part from that very pleased.
The quality of dental services provided by GENTLE DENTAL CENTRE is of a high standard.The Staff is professional.Doctors,Nurses and Reception---- very kind,helpful,with high personal culture.Iam a long time patient, recommended this Clinic to my family, friends....all 100 percent satisfaction.
I went to fix my front chipped tooth after a fall, my experience was really good, Dr Ali put a filling and my tooth looks amazing, you wouldn’t be able to tell that it was a filling. He was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. I would absolutely recommend going there for any dental issues, the receptionists were incredibly helpful and the nurse was really friendly. Such a great place and I will definitely be switching to this dental practise!

Recieved a letter from this dental surgery to our home address of 30 years. The letter has someone else's name but using our home address. I rang up gentle dental care and to be honest did not get any answers from the receptionist. I asked the receptionist in order to register a patient at your surgery do you not ask for ID, answer was no. I wanted to forward the letter via email to a manager and obtain a follow up as to why this person has been registered at our home address. The receptionist said she does not know the managers email address, I found this very strange. I then requested over the phone that my address be removed from this persons information. By this time I wanted to be off the fone as I didnt find it a helpful conversation at all. Im not a patient at this surgery and to be honest im very glad im not either.

Worst dental service ever. I have not been done a proper scan when I had my check-up and was told I only need a filling. The lady at the reception was really rude and disrespectful. I came for my booking and was rudely sent home even thought the slot was booked. I was then told to wait 2 weeks more for my treatment although I told them I was in pain. Over the week, due to the strong pain, I had to go to an emergency dentist my old dentist in Stoke which eventually told me I have a strong infection and need to do a Root Canal for 2 teeth. Because the teeth are infected I need to take strong antibiotics first in order to clear away the infection before performing the surgery. I was told the scan was not done accordingly and if they would have covered the teeth with fillings I would have been in trouble.
Absolutely disgraceful place. The receptionist was rude, the doctor was uncaring, my girlfriend got an infection in her teeth and they couldn't even be bothered to make an x-ray but was asked to pay for the full treatment band 2 even though they only did a check-up. She was sent home and booked in for a filling. She came for her booking when they told her the doctor cannot see her although she had a booking. She stated that she cannot wait because it is really painful but was sent home with a "sorry there's nothing we can do" attitude regardless. Disgusting people. I was on a business trip at the time and told her to ring an emergency dentist. She rang and when she went there and was told the horrible news that she has an infection in 2 teeth and because they made her wait so long she needs Band 3 treatment with 2 root canals and because the infection is so bad she needs to take antibiotics for a week until they can even start the procedure. Even they were surprised an x-ray was not taken as the infection is really noticeable. This place needs to be shut down and staff not allowed to work with people due to negligence. Totally unacceptable. I apologise for the 1 star, this place deserves 0. An official complaint will follow after this review as this cannot be the way people in the Health Industry should be allowed to treat their patients
Its ok. Its my local one really so have no choice. Staff are very difficult to understand. I've never been worried about dentists, but this place i am, just because i don't know what they are saying.
