It's a domestic airport in Auckland, New Zealand. It's big enough to have flights to cities other than Auckland. It's always warm and welcoming. Varieties of food and drinks; and even shops.

Short Distance from car parking to entrance of domestic terminal. Good choices of food and drinks inside.

Flights are never on time due to poor management of flight traffic and the baggage claim is chaotic. Even if you are taking a 1 hour domestic flight, expect to waste half your day and it is impossible to organise a pick up ride from the airport properly. Get your act together Auckland airport!

No concerns with waliking from International to Domestic. Good to stretch the legs. Quick options in checking and drop off baggage. As expected with this terminal, plenty of assistance with a smile if needed.

I have never had any issues with air nz. They are helpful and friendly. I always take at least one guitar with me when I fly as well and they look after them. They often carry it out to me as well when I land.

So easy to get from CBD to Auckland airport. Public transport is great.

The food court offered extremely limited options for people with food allergies. It becomes worse if you are traveling outside of peak times

If your not used to travel. Any airport seems chaotic. We went to the gate stated on our tickets only to hear our gate had been changed and out flight to Christchurch was running late.

walked all the way from the international terminal only to find the place is closed for hours had to walk back to the domestic terminal for toilets unbelievable!!

10am 2nd Dec. Woman's toilet dirty. Just come from india where airport toilets are spotlessly clean ,!!!
