IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A BIG PURCHASE EXPECTING A TAX RETURN IN ORDER TO OFFSET THE POTENTIAL COST, DON'T DO IT. We explicitly asked if we could do a tax return on an above €100 purchase, said we could just show them the receipt, this was a lie in order to make a big sale. They are liers and were already very pricey on item prices. Go somewhere else if you want to make a big purchase.
NEVER FORGET TO ASK FOR A RECEIPT!!!!!The store itself was overpriced and the customer service was okay. I bought a ds from there, which happened to have a slightly bumped screen, causing it's touchscreen to not work sometimes and don't work at all in the right. I went to the store and they said I couldn't refund my money, although their terms of sales say that all the products are guaranteed to functional. If a had a receipt I would probably find my way to refund, but they purposely didn't give me any. If you go there, don't forget to ask for a receipt they may scam you.
Great little as in cramped shop for contemporary and retro gaming; it seems there's something for everyone - software and hardware collectors alike. Staff were very helpful with the eclectic list of items I'd assembled, and getting to and from the shop was easy via the Metro. Recommended if you have some down time in Paris!
There are a lot of video games stores in this area of Paris and while all have their own USPs, this one had a good vibe with a very good choice in the vintage section , clear and organised layout, and more importantly friendly and knowledgeable staff who seem genuily involved in the business and who are passionate about video games as well as some of the more "technical" stuff . I even found a very limited edition of a game they were selling at the original retail price despite a much higher price tag on eBay . Keep up the good work!
This place felt like a room I would've wanted growing because of all the gaming history in here. Just by checking the 1st & 2nd floors, you'll leave wanting to buy everything in the store. It has updated games AND retro games from consoles, video game toys, and everything else from your 80s-90s gaming childhood.
Excellent store, retro section is beautiful. Prices have unfortunately increased quite a bit since they moved to this new, larger location but remain acceptable. Staff is great, very helpful. Definitely one of the best option in the area.
Basically I live in Norway and there is nothing of games there almost. So this was a paradise of games for me. Had a lot of different games and consoles! So if your looking for games definitely is a nice place

Great shop with friendly staff. If you are a gamer in Paris it id definitely worth the metro ride to visit.
