Having received service above and beyond this week, I realise as a regular customer I always have had friendly and helpful service in this Paraparaumu store.
While I understand that we're back to level 2 having to queue outside prior to entry only heightens the risk of spreading disease especially the risk of undetected transmission. I'll avoid this place until level 1 is restored

Helpful staff. Great as the Warehouse don't have customer service anymore. The checkouts now find items at other branches if not in store.
Awesome experience purchased a drift trike for the kids but was slightly faulty, when I brought it back in I had no receipt, the team at the warehouse paraparaumu were very cooperative and managed to locate a copy, lovley workers 10/10 service keep it up :
Well laid out. Easily found what I wanted after having looked on their website. Pleasant young man at the cash register.
