FreshChoice Greytown

We are just visitors to New Zealand but have really grown to love the FreshChoice markets. The one in Greytown was large with lots of choices. We really like that there is a huge selection of organic products and lots of fresh fruit. You can also get ready made food choices like meat pies. If you are on vacation in New Zealand and driving for your vacation, this is the place to stop if you need any groceries! You can also get a case of water bottles very inexpensively.

Nice looking store. Prices 10-50% more than Palmerston North. You have to be kidding. Want mince? Only the 'local' one is available at a massive markup. Lots of small quantities in packets to up the price. Breadcrumbs - $60 a kilo!! Guess the locals have no choice but it'd be worth a trip to any place else.

Absolutely disgusted in the people skills of the staff that were on last night, the attitude and tutting and rudeness when I was in there. the older lady needs to retire or something and the younger woman with the accent should know better than grabbing a celery bunch and pulling it all apart and then just throw it all falling apart in the bagging area... this is bad management. I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone.

Too expensive, regular products jump up in price each time I visit. And shelves still bare in places, eg cat food, handy towels...and not restocked. Staff very nice tho.

There is no other supermarket in the Wairarapa that stocks Wooden Spoon ice-cream, so I will always choose to come here. Good general range, well stocked, good parking, plenty of check outs, and self service.

Lovely, open airy space to shop. Lots of good sale items at good prices.

Working as a manager in an Auckland Countdown I was excited to visit one of our franchisee's. The store was bright and inviting but the staff attitude and lack of customer service was disgusting and left me shaking my head.

Brought some apples from u lately and they were all brown in the middle u need to sort your supplier out.They were nz rose apples

Great staff Excellent product range Clean welcoming well laid out but above all else the Staff Christmas stock arriving
