The cut was really bad really regret coming here it was my first and last time coming here. Very unsatisfied with the prices and cuts they give. I recommend BOSS CUTS not only are the prices much cheaper but the cuts they give out are 10/10.Service: Custom cut
Came in today at 3:50pm the employee told me it was his last cut for the day and told me I had to goto the barber by the warehouse instead even though only 2 other customers were in the shop at the time not to mention the closing times online say 6pm brother I was 2 hours early?
Went for a standard fade cut,hands down WORST HAIRCUT IV EVER HAD!! I wouldn't even class it as a fade and then the top of my head where I asked for a trim,it looks like it's been hacked at with a blunt rusty bread knife and thats the areas that weren't missed. At one point was going to ask if he did it with his eyes closed.Really upset about it all, off to another barber to get it fixed because there's no point asking someone who couldn't do it properly the first time to fix it. Their best hair designer has been left the company. I didn't like my last 2 cuts there. They gave me a loyalty card which would provide me a free cut. After my loyalty card completed, they told me that I can't get a free cut, I can get a free product for my hair. They have unknown products and they didn't do what they promised. That was so sad. Anyhow, they made a half price off for the loyalty card completion. I told that I won't go there again. Amazing cut! Always happy whenever we go to any Fresh Barber Cuts store. Great with my almost 7yr old and quality of cut was really good, plus his hair smelt amazing afterwards! Highly recommend, we've been going to FBC for years however moved to Tauranga but always stop in for a fresh fade when we're visiting Hamilton. Thanks guys
Friendly staff, fresh cuts, and fair prices. Sometimes understaffed.
Just waited 40min for the guy in the chair since I got there to get a simple fade with 3 others guys waiting I'd be there half the day. Man's working like he's taking paid by the hour to heart
