As I was new to Hamilton, I was a little scared. As I entered the Postshop, I was greeted with friendly staff. As I was early to my appointment, I was served by a very helpful staff Ash. He explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Keep up the awesome service and have an enjoyable day.
