WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS! After not getting my hair cut at a salon for years, I thought I’d give Jo a try after seeing glowing reviews. She did not disappoint! I’ve never ever in my life been so impressed and stoked with a haircut, she helped me find texture in my curls, listened to my wants and created amazing framing and layers. Great Great experience…. Thanks to amber who mad an extra effort to make my hair look beautiful for my special occasion… great atmosphere and entire team is lovely… would surely be back… keep up the good work Amber and team..
First off, a huge shoutout for being such wonderful human beings! It was my first time experience- I went with reference to a reddit comment that recommended them for curly hair. Their staff was superbly nice and comforting, the salon has an artsy vibe- everything was perfect until it came to my haircut. Absolutely disappointed! My hairdresser who I would not name because she was genuinely nice did a wet cut on my curly hair and she was very confident about her work. I walked out with half-dried diffused hair, by the time I reached home it scrunched up to a very short awkward length and pretty much no shape at all- a troll in other words! I have been trying to hide it with clips and tie it in portions and praying it grows back soon, so I could get some good layers again! So if you have curly/wavy hair, I would suggest to please look for other places- only cause its not their expertise. But I would absolutely recommend them if you have straight hair and are looking for an excellent salon service/ hair treatments. Once again, you girls are amazing!! And your customer service is impeccable! Keep at it!! :
