I have been to another Forme Spa in Auckland and had an amazing experience there, so was a little nervous to see whether the Wellington branch could live up to that. Glad to say my experience was just as amazing. Lovely staff and amazing massage from Maia, felt so relaxed and free of the tension/stress I had been holding. Would highly recommend.
I booked here for the rejuvenate package for my 30th birthday with a friend. When I made the booking I requested separate rooms, however we were put in the couples room. Which we thought, oh well it will be all good. But the room was right off reception so was very noisy everytime someone was talking in reception, so was hard to relax. The room was very cold, especially when our skin was wet for the scrub, we were both very cold. The website said to arrive 15 minutes early which we did to fill out paper work which there was no paper work. I was surprised there was no paperwork to note down what pressure massage you like. The ladies were lovely but the massage itself was very soft, I didn't feel much. One of the poor ladies was sick/or allergies and was sniffing throughout the massage, which was very hard to relax. I understand these times with short staffing, but felt sorry for her having to work while unwell. I feel the manager should have suggested she went home. The website showed some lovely pink chairs with foot baths, but this was not what it looked like where we had our foot baths. The website mentioned Jade rollers used for the facial but I do not recall these been used. We left feeling underwhelmed and dissapointed with the whole experience. We paid $320 for 2 hours so were hoping for better.
We had the couples massage! Definitely worth it, so relaxing and would recommend to any one. Would definitely do it again staff were lovely
Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Great massage - perfect pressure. Wonderful aromas and oils that really altered my mood immediately. Only one downer was it was cold in the room.

Had a great treatment package here as a Christmas present with massage, facial and keratin foot treatment. Warm welcome at reception so felt comfortable straight away. Issidora was skilled and so friendly. A lovely experience!
Booked a package myself and daughter for foot scrub, massage - head to toe, and facial. Totally worth it! Jess was a most considerate knowledgeable therapist, advising we both opposites with my dry skin and daughter's oily. Very relaxing indeed and Daughter's therapist was lovely too. Perhaps just a word as each facial cleanser, wipe, moisturiser, mister etc applied, giving us an idea which was benefitting us and how. One thing we both noticed. The towel around the head rest space hole was creased to try to fit and became very uncomfortable when we face down. I feared I might get a headache and my daughter found the same. Enjoyed the whole experience and I plan to revisit before the year's end!

What a lovely experience. I feel fully pampered by Ethan the moment I enter through the doors, you forget the world and stress for a moment. He's attentive, detailed and very considerate. He genuinely wants to see my skin progress to the best it can be. He's not pushy at all and soft spoken, so I've fallen asleep a few time during treatment and he doesn't disturb me. The best part is he asks me before or after the treatment "if I have any concerns" not during treatment, and I think that makes a big difference to the experience of relaxing while being treated. I also appreciate the way he asks that question, rather than asking "what products are you using" he asks me to make sure the treatment I'm getting that day is addressing my concerns, I feel in no way pushed to purchase additional things which is amazing. After I asked for a particular product he gave me good advice on not doubling up, and rather, having one good thing that is fitted to my problem rather than multiple unnecessary products. That to me is value to customer, not just pushing a sale. Form has done really well in hiring Ethan, he brings the diversity you don't normal see in spas.
Had a completely blissful 2.5 hours with Charlotte for a hot stone massage and facial. The space was gorgeous, Charlotte was so welcoming, friendly and professional, and I came out feeling like I had awoken from a 4 day sleep. Apologies if I snored, pretty sure I nodded off a few times. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
