Great People Very welcoming and helpful especially the young girl in the office . Two problems only is the booking system online doesn't tell you if you need a class 2 licence when booking a class 2 truck. Also I need to call them back up to ask for my $250 bond back. Apart from that I would have given them a 5/5 stars.
Friendly and helpful service with local knowledge of best places to visit. Nice clean ‘like new car’ best value for money I have ever gotten and like the name says very flexible with no petty charge for a slightly under full tank on return.
The van we hired was in poor condition, all angles of the van was mainly dent and scratches and the seats were dirty and smelly, both the sliding doors was very squeaky while driving and you can see the panel of the two sliding doors was made out of wood, the AC of the van was very poor too and it smells, its very hard to go for long drive, the wipers of the windshield is poor as well. Even the brakes of the van was very squeaky and noisy while doing the brakes. The staff should check everything before they give for hiring for the next day and they should maintain the quality of the van as well. My family members were very disappointed about the quality and standard of van. So, the first time hiring from FLEXI was really horrible and disappointed.
Great value for money, especially if you are staying within the Whangarei district mileage included.nThe staff are really friendly, helpful and chatty.nThe only negative is that the furniture van 18m³ is not fitted with a tail lift so we had to use a smaller van, resulting in more trips.nI will definitely use them again.
