excellent gym and good value for the money. I payed 20 $ for a day pass. they don't have lockers so it's best not to bring your jewellery . decent changing rooms and showers, though. bring your own towel.

Bit of a home away from home. Generally based in Brisbane, Australia but have used gyms up and down NZ and Flex Fitness Queenstown would be in my top two.  Gyms don't seem to have taken off the same way in NZ as they have other places around the world but Flex Fitness Queenstown has great equipment with good space so if you're traveling I will personally recommend.  If you're staying longer periods I would recommend asking more about the options available.

Best experience! Thanks Keith for giving us the opportunity to do our wedding shoot in your gym! We did not only had a great time working out, we also had the most accommodating experience! Closed the private area just for us!! Thank you and we will definitely be back to do our proper workout next time we visit Queenstown again!

Love the place, staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment range is awesome so I don't have to "rest"for to long, keeping my workout short.

A fantastic gym situated in a convenient location. No problem with parking. Trainers are incredibly friendly and the gym itself is super clean, modern and spacious. Brand new equipment with a great range to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flex Fitness to anyone considering a gym membership in Queenstown.

Thanks Keith for showing me your gym. This is why i came back to Queenstown for ,where my wife and son was Milford sound . What a great gym and environment.Set up is excellent and machines and weights are exceptional. Will be back for sure and when i come back to NZ every year i will visit.

Flex gym is the best! The equipment is brand new and the range of machines is huge. Good vibe with amazing people. The trainers are super friendly Fi is a god send with a lot of encouraging expert advice on training and nutrition and is super relatable, Kieth is an abundance of knowledge when it comes to correction, rehabilitation and higher level strength, Gen at reception is always smiling and happy to help. Love you guys and will miss u dearly!

Great gym, unfortunately because of our busy season we didn't get much time to go there so paid for facilities we didn't useour mistake We signed up for a 6 month contract. Went and gave back key tags and was told we needed to cancel our 6mth contract or we still get charged which we have been, also have to stop direct debit personally. Done Usually if a company starts up a direct debit you have a start and finish date, not this  company they just keep taking, NOT a good practise.
