The Building Products Division manufactures high-quality building materials for a broad range of industries across New Zealand. The Building Products Division employs over 1,000 people across more than 60 manufacturing, distribution and sales sites in New Zealand, and creates products used to build homes, buildings and infrastructure – including insulation, plasterboard, laminate surfaces and plastic and concrete piping.
Our Distribution Division has market-leading retail positions in New Zealand, thanks to a relentless focus on customer service. The Distribution Division employs over 3,000 people through more than 130 branches and sites across New Zealand. Its businesses include household name retail chains, such as PlaceMakers and Mico.
Under the Fletcher Steel brand, our Steel Division caters for all of New Zealand with operations in the country’s 13 largest cities. Fletcher Steel includes six key businesses, Easysteel, Pacific Coilcoaters, Dimond Roofing, Dimond Structural, Fletcher Reinforcing, and Fletcher Wire Products.

The Construction Division has delivered buildings and infrastructure of national significance in New Zealand for over 100 years – including Auckland’s iconic Sky Tower and the Waterview Tunnel.
The Construction Division employs approximately 4,000 people with operations currently spanning public and commercial buildings, transport and utilities infrastructure, buildings and infrastructure in the South Pacific, and roading.
