Love what has been done here. Great service staff though the rooms for our course are very small hot and not very well set up.

Providing free exercise classes for the elderly is fantastic. staff are so helpful and the gym offers free personal training!!
Great Gym and other services at this location.
I go there Monday too Friday for training. My trainer is amazing. People from Flaxmere should go.
Great climbing wall. Many routes. Harness, chalk and shoes for hire.
Friendly staff. Plenty of activities, but the gym can get stifling hot.
