Aaron and the Collective First National Team have been looking after my rental property for several years now. Their service is outstanding, and I feel my property could not be in better hands. Chrissy Wood of Collective First National sold me my beautiful new house.  We hit it off immediately when I first visited her open home at the property - she was friendly and knowledgeable, and very encouraging.  She followed up with me immediately by email, and then by phone as I confirmed my interest, and was more than happy to show me round again and discuss more specific questions that I had.  We chatted a lot over the next few weeks, and I found Chrissy very supportive throughout the process.  We hit a few small snags along the way, but she kept in touch and made sure I knew what was going on and that she was doing everything possible to sort them out.  I really appreciated this, during what is quite a stressful process.  I really felt like Chrissy wanted me to have my dream home, and that she was delighted for me when everything came together.  I would recommend her highly to anyone buying or selling a house.

I have a townhouse that Collective First National’s Property Management team have overseen for me for approx. 2 years.  I have found my dealings with their people to be very efficient, always excellent communication and very respectful.  I’m certainly more than happy with the work Nik has carried out on my behalf.

I dealt with Anil to buy a property in Newlands. He was easy to talk to, fast to reply to communications and was upfront and honest. When I'm looking for a new place will consider selling with Collective.
