Fino Valley is a family owned winery nestled in the Henderson Valley of Auckland carrying more than 100 years of family winemaking history and tradition.
Located in Henderson Valley 20 minutes from Central Auckland, New Zealand since 1966, we are one of the oldest wineries still operating in the region which without doubt was responsible for taking the New Zealand wine industry to new heights.
Fino Valley has been winemaking for over 50 years in the Henderson Valley and is still family owned and well connected to its Croatian roots which inspired us to continue winemaking and grape growing once migrating to New Zealand.
Today we manufacture several red and white wine varieties such as Merlot, Malbec, Pinot Noir, several red Bordeaux Blends, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc as well as several white blends. We also have a great range of Port Wines and Liqueurs in the Sweet Range.
Our Henderson Valley home block is mostly planted in Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin and Muscat. We source further grapes from other major grape growing regions in Hawkes Bay, Gisborne, Martinborough and of course Marlborough.
