Faulkners Pharmacy Te Puke Limited T/A MyPharmacy Te Puke

Drove 30 minutes one way yes that's an hour both ways from out of town to collect a prescription on a Saturday because I was too sick to come yesterday, online your times say 12.30 closing on Saturday. I arrive at 10.40am to roller doors down and shop closed. You are a supplier of medical aids why are you not open when you say you will be? and I've heared nothing good since ownership changed hands, and now I have to wait till Monday for my medication. I will be using Life Pharmacy from now on at least they're reliable. Edit: actually I'll probably end up having to go to 2nd Ave in Tauranga for a new prescription at 10x the price because I'm in so much freakn pain and need some antibiotics if I had have known this pharmacy was not open at its advertised times it could have saved me a whole lot of time money pain and petrol.

I like My Pharmacy TePuke, very friendly helpful people who care about you & always greet you by name. I recommend My Pharmacy to my friends, better service by far. Keep up the great job guys/girls.
