Natural skin care & cream

Very poor customer service. Lady named Angela, does not know how to treat customers respectfully. I have clearly seen today she's been unequal to non-kiwi customers.

Unichem Excelsa is my pharmacy of choice - it's not the closest to where we live, but I always find the staff there to be both friendly and knowledgeable.

I often obtain my medicines from the Unichem Excelsa pharmacy and always find the staff friendly and helpful. They take a personal interest in one and offer expert and friendly advice. I would go nowhere else.

My experience of this chemist is always really disappointing. I find the staff unfriendly and on a number of occasions have had a staff member role their eyes at me. The one positive I can find is that it is very convenient if you live in Papamoa east, however other than that I dread needing to collect my child’s scripts from here.
