Very disappointed with the job they've done on my hair. I requested Balayage and I ended with my hair like this. As I was not happy with it they did not charge me and they apologized. They also offered me to fix it as well. But not trust them anymore.

I have been at Vivo St Heliers a long time now, and have a fantastic Hairdresser in Donna. She knows how to cut and colour my hair. Love it, and I feel like a million dollars when I leave.every time.

I went to get my hair coloured and trimmed the colour came out amazing BUT the trim was a massive cut was not impressed at all l actually don't like my hair cut when it's wet because lots more gets taken off which shouldn't.lts starting to grow back but l will not be getting it cut by Fatima again.
