The young lady who served me yesterday was polite, professional and a real pleasure to interact with. She knows the products and systems well. I hope that her hard work is duly recognized.nThe range of products such as the chicken feed is competitively priced by comparison to other local retail outlets. The stock availability has been good for some time. They rarely run out of supplies.nWhenever I shop there, the staff are professional and in general are all knowledgeable of the products and where to find them.nI shall be back in a week or so as usual to purchase more supplies when needed. Thank you for the great service.
Would love to see more sales on clothes but what is there is good quality

The staff behind the counter bit tied. You need to approach them for help odds are they wont. Expect to carry your own purchases. Like bags of fertilizer or heavy items. Dont linger to long while looking they start to suspected you are a shop lifter. Depend on your race instead of helping. Finding out what you Need. They wont come to help out. No idea about hospitality. Its not one off i been there dozen of times.same thing. If it wasnt for the products. I wouldnt go there. Far cry from big city stores.
Not very friendly or helpful. Grudgingly helped after many questions and prompts. When I first entered the store and went to the counter on left hand side of the door I thought maybe I had gone to the wrong counter. The older lady that works there needs to find a job she is happy in because this one isn't it.
