Most fun thing is the ping pong table and pool table . Decent experience. One thing though is that the wifi wasn’t great I couldn’t connect. Shower is a bit cramped. Kitchen doesn’t have much, just other people’s stuff . But if you’re into simple living this place will do. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either.nnThere is also a cat that stays there which I find pretty cool because I like cats.
Backpacker hostel is $40 per night and $1 extra if you pay card. Not the best hostel I stayed. Packed with fishers, bikers and hikers.nnTowel $5. No soap in shower. No wi-fi in the room. No quiet time rule, so some people party with loud music till late night.nnThe first room they gave me looked like a dumpster. About a dozen empty beer bottles were scattered on the floor and beds. The room reeked of alcohol, and a dirty guy was sleeping on one of the beds. I immediately asked to change my room because I had no intention of staying in such conditions.nnThe second room was a bit better, but still, there was a pile of trash left by other hikers, and a strong stench from dirty shoes.
Normally a good hostel, got woke up by staff yesterday because other people left some dishes on the countertop, even though i had nothing to do with it.
No WiFi in the room. Thinnest blankets I've ever seen. The beds are just a unreasonable! The mattresses are just a thin foam layer and the structure underneath is blendedto the ground. The kitchen is rarely equiped. Outside showers are not heated at all, so this hole place is not really suitable in winter. It's just ridiculous.
