Staff here are amazing. Helped me when I was in a rush after a late meeting. Cannot recommend them enough!nExcellent range of horse food in store as well.
I luv Farmlands, local staff, great customer service & good prices.
This particular store has no understanding of the consumer guarantees act, while assuming that their own beliefs and policies override any govt. act.nTheir endless issue, which they made my endless issue was resolved by another supplier who got me back on the tools in 5 minutes.nI'll let the disputes tribunal explain to Farmlands the legal obligations that they have to consumers.
Awsome customer service, starf were great ,loads of product .
Go buy elsewhere don’t waste your time here. Ordered but didn’t receive anything for weeks. Had to send heaps emails ask for refund. Eventually only refunded part of what I paid, and customer service not replying anymore. What a disappointment
