Went there to pick a click and collect order and the young lady at the men's department's checkout her name was Sarah. She was AMAZING, She packed the items for me and took them to the car I was struggling to walk from an injury . Not only this but she was being very friendly with my girls and watching them talk to her was so cute and adorable as if they were talking to one of their beasties. Honestly, Sarah went above and beyond. Thank you for being AMAZING.

Outstanding service in the cosmetics department by Makenzie whilst shopping for my 94 year old mother!!nWe needed to purchase decorative products for a complete makeover for a family wedding on the weekend.nMakenzie made the whole procedure pleasant and simple. She provided a chair for my mother, found easy to apply products, was diplomatic in convincing my mother to veer away from blue sparkly eyeshadow towards something more flattering and age appropriate, recommended a range of price options and remained calm, complimentary and charming throughout the entire process whilst also fielding queries from other clients and colleagues. I requested 6 items to be transferred from Whangarei to Silverdale and held for me. I received a call at 3:30 pm confirming the items had arrived. However, when I arrived at the store at 5:30 pm, I was informed by Gemma that a new 2-item limit had been imposed by the regional manager, and the other 4 items had now been sold, despite being held for me.nnThese items should have been held as agreed. If the policy changed, I should have been notified. This is extremely poor customer service.
