I had a very disappointing experience in your store today.nnI was served by a staff member at the counter near the makeup section. She appeared to be an older white lady with curly, slightly messy hair, black eyeliner, and was not very tall. I felt she was very rude and lacked basic customer service.nnI explained that my mum wanted me to use her club card and voucher. When I was told it wasn’t allowed, I calmly explained that I could provide all of my mum’s details, including her membership number and phone number, to verify everything.nnWhat upset me most wasn’t the policy itself—it was the way I was treated. I was made to feel small, embarrassed, and as though I was being judged, which was very upsetting as a paying customer. While I was calmly explaining the situation, she abruptly grabbed the item from me, which made the interaction feel even more disrespectful.nnThankfully, two lovely ladies at Till 10 were incredibly approachable, kind, and helpful. They took the time to assist me and helped me purchase the item I needed. Their professionalism and willingness to help completely changed my experience, and I truly appreciate them.nnI hope all staff can provide the same level of customer service. Unfortunately, one negative interaction can really affect a customer’s perception of the store. I left feeling disappointed and saddened, and I hope additional customer service training can help ensure every customer is treated with kindness and respect, even when store policies need to be explained.nnI also want to share how this experience made me feel. As an Asian customer, I left the store wondering whether I was treated differently because of my race. I truly hope that wasn’t the case, but no customer should leave feeling that way after shopping in your store.

It's got a wide variety of products. Recently we purchased a table and benches the product arrived however was faulty,we went thru the head office about sorting it out ie some backup service. After waiting a bit got in touch with the silverdale store and they sorted the issue great attitude from the manager right through to the delivery guys . We even purchased some extra chairs.
There are so many staff on the floor, bit unsure why. They don’t actually acknowledge you unless you talk to them. Sharon was incredibly rude and snippy with me, I couldn’t actually believe her attitude as it was the smallest interaction, however I heard her complaining about everything while I shopped, so I guess it’s just her... Sukhmeen actually wanted to help me and went out of her way to do so, she single handedly saved the experience. I work in Big Box Retail Management and I would hire her in a heartbeat!
Overall experience was greatnLoved the children and baby section .Really cute clothes
