Dr. Devind Vijay is hands-down one of the best GPs I’ve encountered. He has this great balance of being incredibly thorough and expert in his field while remaining genuinely kind. I never feel like he’s rushing me out the door to get to the next patient; he actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense, which makes a world of difference. The front desk team also deserves a huge shout-out. We all know how stressful it can be trying to squeeze in an appointment or dealing with paperwork, but the staff here are so accommodating and friendly.
I can not say enough good things about Dr Sam. She is so kind, caring and patient centred. She goes above and beyond for her patients and you truly feel taken care of. She genuinely cares about your wellbeing and outcomes of any treatment. It has been such a relief and peace of mind navigating some scary health issues with her support and very thorough guidance along the way.
I have never been treated more rudely at a medical centre ever. The receptionist sent me away several times for more enrolment information even after checking the form when I initially presented. The final time she did not advise that they were close to closing time. When I returned she stood watching me at the door with it locked. I only had to hand over the forms. I leave tomorrow after getting my mother out of hospital. Really disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sam. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I felt heard throughout the visit. She took her time, listened carefully, and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated her care and professionalism
The doctors and nurses are awesome & lovely, I will give 5 to them. But the receptionist especially with pink hair colour. OMG!! So rude & no custom service skills.
