F45 Training Remuera

Awesome gym, fantastic and friendly trainers. Love the 45 minutes, I'd never work this hard on my own. Great location and you can always get a park! Would recommend to anyone.

I've been to several different F45 studio's but the best studio and trainers are here at Remuera. It's the only training I've done where I've got the desired results but mostly it's super fun, great music and they always make an effort to keep the culture and community aspect well alive! Love this place and couldn't recommend it more.

Trainers are amazing! Jordan, Jake, Dana, Nikki, Tash, Lexie, Penney, Gabe and the rest of the training crew have been amazing to work with on a daily basis. Appreciate all the encouragement and professionalism. Great trainers and great crew! Keep the energy up guys.

Love F45 Remuera! Great team and awesome facilities. Thanks to the trainers for always encouraging me to push a little harder. Already seeing great results and loving it!
