Had my first surgery for my shoulder here. All the ward staff were very nice and accommodating. The place was very clean and I am happy with how the surgery went. Would recommend to others!

First ever surgery. Never felt so comfortable, thanks to all the nurses and specialists, from pre-op to recovery.

Thank you for the best care, right from when I was admitted by the wonderful nurse, whose name I’m sorry i can’t remember, to the loveliest anaesthetist, my wonderful surgeon, and to the best care possible post surgery from nurses Jane, Jasmin and Sharon who discharged me and everyone else who was there.

Absolutely amazed by my time here. Was beyond scared for my procedure but the staff were all so friendly. Couldn’t have been treated any better before and after my surgery. Food was good. Such a friendly and personal experience. Thank you Mercy Ascot!

Wow beyond our expectations. The doctors and nurses were amazing! The food was amazing andlovely view. My daughter had the best treatment she could ever had. The nurses were AMAZING, especially Katherine. Thank you so much for everything. A+++++

Nurses were great. Was in great pain after hip surgery & they did all they could to make me comfortable... Food was good..
