F45 One Tree Hill is a great gym. The big space means there is lots of room so classes gave plenty of people and are really buzzy. The coaches are good fun and also helpful with technique tips and motivation.

Cant recommend this place anymore highly! The work outs are fun and quick, the trainers are amazing, and the community atmosphere is fantastic. No other place would have me motivated to work out at 5am!

Been there..... done that..... got the t-shirt...... in fact..... done that for over two years now and got about 5 t-shirts...... Lost a kg or 18 and made a friend or few too.

It’s very rare nowadays to find a gym where you feel comfortable, safe and actually want to go and F45 One Tree Hill has achieved this and more. Whilst all F45 may have the same workouts, it’s the ownership, management and Trainers that make all the difference and that’s kudos to Hayley and her team for establishing the best family.

F45 One Tree Hill is such an amazing, inclusive community, from the moment you walk through the door. The best place to workout!

F45 One Tree Hill is the best F45 studio I've been too. The trainers are SO friendly & the environment is so positive. Whatever fitness level you have, you're welcome here. 100% recommend!!

F45 One Tree Hill is far from your typical gym. The trainers and management are so supportive and will help you achieve your goals. The workouts are fun and challenging. Love this place
