I absolutely love F45 Browns Bay. I have been going for more than 2 years now and don't tire of it. The workouts are great and keep me really excited about going to classes. The trainers are lovely too!
Awesome - best trainers and awesome spirit all around! They motivate you and push you, which is what I need, as I am someone who struggles with pushing myself while exercising!
Friendly staff, good quality equipment, plenty of variation in the workout to keep it interesting. Great spot!
