I’m still on the free trail right now. Have joined 3 sessions so far both cardio and strength, I strongly recommend booking the session from Emily and Phil, these 2 coach are super good, always willing to help and encourage the fresh starter just like me!! Will consider to join the membership just because of these 2 coaches!!!
It’s always been very hard to acclimate to a good gym, but not only do the coaches make you feel welcome & dare I say proper equipment for strength, but you truly can’t beat the people and community there! It’s literally become my second home & not only have I changed my life health wise but I’ve made some long life friends
I joined BFT Browns Bay in January after searching for a number of years, and have never looked back. Great owners and coaches, amazing down to earth people that welcomes you as if you’re family, and amazing results! Thanks for making this my new home away from home.
BFT Browns Bay is so good! If you’re thinking about joining, then just do it, you won’t regret it. Great variety of training sessions. You can go 6 days a week and do something different every day. The trainers are all helpful, knowledgeable and positive. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this gym! The trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful and make the workouts fun! I have never been more committed to the gym than what I am now. The equipment is great, love the classes and the overall vibe is so fun!
Amazing programming and studio, great trainers. Adam and Erin have created an awesome training environment. Have tried various other gyms and types of group training but this is the best by far in terms of environment and results.
I've been going for about a month now and have to say it's the first gym/ exercise where I've actually enjoyed myself. The guidance and encouragement from the coaches is awesome! And the support from other members is fun. There are various options for exercises so suitable for all fitness levels..it has been great as I am just restarting my fitness journey
I started at BFT Browns Bay 12 weeks after having my second child. I was anxious about my body not being able to do certain exercises due to pelvic issues and diastasis Recti, but I was assured that the trainers would be able to assist in giving me alternate exercises and to take it at my own pace, I was so nervous at my first session but the trainers and the community made me feel so welcome. Trainers were available to help when I needed them and I came away feeling awesome!! I train 5 days a week and I can't wait to get to my next session! Fully recommend BFT to anyone searching for somewhere that provides results and a friendly, driven atmosphere!
Love BFT Browns Bay, I was looking for something a bit different and this has been great! Trainers are amazing, the vibe is so much fun and I’m getting fit as well!! Definitely recommend to anyone
