100% great service. Staff usually have my order sitting on the counter when I walk in if they see me pull up. Returning items is never an issue. I sometimes have to over order as I’m not sure what I’m going to need - if I have to return any parts there is never the “ huffing & Puffing” you get in electrical wholesalers ! 10/10 guys and girls

I bought a trampoline and it come with a screw tightened to a fixing. Unable to put trampoline together was very annoyed. Took a trip to halfords to ask for a tool. The tool didnt work!! Decided to try screw fix in Greenhithe to find another tool. The staff at screwfix undone it for me! So great full saved me having to pay more money out to do it. Very happy little boys after 5 hours they can finally bounce!!! Thank you so much :

Much the same as everywhere else fairly relaxed friendly staff. Barriers for the serving till staff . Masked can be worn but not a specific requirement most people don't seem to bother much now anywhere In store purchasing allowed as long as your registered with an account. Had everything I needed for collection.

Ordered a drill bit the night before, when I went into the store to collect my item, the lady told me it was missing. We actually take time out of work and rely on you big companies. I wasted two hours of my working time just for no reason.

Always worth keeping an eye out for Screwfix offers, can get some great bargains. Prices normally reasonable but sometimes can be found cheaper so research is worth it. Easy parking and quick service. Click and Collect makes for easy transactions.

I find certain people who work here including mangers are very rude.
