This is the first review I have ever written, and this product is worth it. I had the Exerfly portable shipped to Canada. I have been working out consistently for ten years, and felt my body needed a new stimulus. I also have never been a great squatter. This product has reinvigorated my training. It's been almost two months, and I see and most importantly feel results. It will give out what you put into it. The company was nothing short of amazing, and after a very short "feeling it out" phase, you can get anything out of a very small package. It beats any other home gym all in one solution out there easily. This is a supreme quality product. It's not cheap, but to get a quality work out with less risk of injury at home, it's a great investment in your health. Well done.

Since I got the Exerfly I have seen major progress in rehabbing my injury. Compared to other forms of exercising it has allowed me to build strength without the added weight and I can go at the force that I put in. It’s a great return to play tool!
