I buy 15-20 trailer per year from Oceanic. Trailers are great. I use them to sell with new pontoon boat packages and for my general boat transport and maintenance work. All easy load and strong. I've sent plenty of friends there for trailers also without issue.

Called in this morning to collect parts to refresh an older trailer. Fantastic service. Pleasant and very helpful staff. New hubs even came with pre-packed bearings. Had a look at their trailers in stock while there and very impressed with the quality. My Oceanic trailer is 13 years old and not looking like needing replacing any time soon but if it ever does I’ll certainly be buying another Oceanic.

Excellent service that I find extremely rare these days. The trailer was built without having access to the boat which had an unusual hull shape and it fitted perfectly. Very strong high quality trailers. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased an Oceanic customer trailer. I tried dealing directly to them but did not get a response to email or phone calls. Went through one of their agents who was awesome. Oceanic however did not build the trailer as specified even though the agent sent them the specs and followed them multiple times to which they did not respond. When oceanic we’re advised it wasn’t right they didn’t give a stuff. Trailer is great quality but their customer service is terrible

Couldn’t recommend the team at Oceanic enough! I was in need of a Jetski trailer and Oceanic were able get a brand new one all ready to go for me a day after I contacted them. It’s the third time I have bought a trailer off them and has been exceptional service every time. Thanks again

Seriously great customer service i received from Oceanic Marine. They rang their dealer for me on Brisbane northside saving me more than 2 hours drive in traffic. New spare wheel -- tick.

$6500 trailer brakes didnt work .overall quality on build was ordinary. Contacted to discuss . Pretty much dismissed and given hard time . instead of seeing if they could help. Give em a spray . Buy with caution I'm interstate and was built and delivered during covid so care factor was nill when contacted. Here are some pics . You decide .
