We went in clueless to get a pair of bikes. Within three minutes the salesperson had identified a suitable pair. In five more minutes we'd ordered them and were walking out of the store. They then took two weeks to arrive, but that's national shipping for you at the moment. The bikes are magic - they fit our needs perfectly.
The guy who sold us our bikes was bloody good and needs a pay rise. I cant stand walking into a place and feeling pressured to spend money, he was the absolute opposite and so helpful without being overwhelming yet getting all the information across in a way that was easy to understand.

Understaffed and despite describing themselves as having NZ's biggest range of bikes they didn't have a single road bike they could show me. OK, I get that mountain biking is king in Queenstown, but not one in an entire store?
