My tube blew up when I was pumping it up so I needed urgent help. Popped into EVO Penrose on a Sunday and Quade did a great repair and I am back on the road! Great service and friendly experts. Thank you!!!

Awful. This is probably my only one star review.. however I feel that to have to give it to help others not to have the same experience. Before giving this review i tried the shop twice and unfortunately both times customer support has been terrible. Different people different days.. same level of customer service.

Best service for sure, sussed me a brand new bottom bracket to go with a crank I needed to fit on the day. Good blokes, thank you Dom and everyone else. top service!

Really helpful and patient staff and very quick turnaround from the moment the order was placed.

Great bike shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

You need more staff on the weekends. The wait time is unacceptable. Great selection of bikes and the team are wonderful but with only two people on and noone working the service counter they are stretched and the resulting wait time is ridiculous.
