EVE Beauty Queenstown

So thankful to have found this place. My nail broke while I was on holiday and despite being super busy they managed to squeeze me in to fix the crack. They were so patient, and gentle in their technique and all of their equipment and setup was super clean and hygienic. All the staff were very friendly. Shawna took care of me and she was fantastic!! Highly recommend coming here.

Eve did a fantastic job for my bridal makeup and bridesmaid's makeup. I was really stressed about makeup for my wedding because I don't wear a lot at all and the previous times I've had makeup done it was horrible. Eve did an incredible job and I was so happy with the look. It also felt really light on my skin which was great! Also had my my spray tan done at the salon which turned out quite nice.

My wedding party came to get some beauty sessions done at this salon on 18th January. My twin sister and I got our eye lashes done by the the same woman dark hair and glasses. She was extremely cold and did not say a word to us the entire time unless we asked her a question. She didn’t give us any instructions on how to care for them unless we asked and we both felt extremely uncomfortable. I would go as far to say that was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner with blonde hair called Eve and the other girls were so sweet and lovely. I was extremely disappointed in the lady who did our eyelashes. I wouldn’t go back to that lady. Unsure if she was just having a bad day but regardless, she could have shown a little more warmth and kindness towards us customers.Service: Eyelash enhancements

I forgot the name who did my make up but gurl she’s good! I don’t know much about putting make up but she patiently suggested different stuff to do and given me options. I told her i trust her judgement. I just gave her what color of dress im wearing. Just make sure to give enough time so you don’t need to rush.

I used Eve Beauty Online to order products wherever possible I try to use local/independant shops and unfortunately, my parcel arrived completely smashed I sent photo/video and the shop was suuuper quick to respond on Facebook Messenger and sent me another product - this was right during the xmas rush, so appreciate the effort as the order was for a xmas gift. I feel sorry this happened as it wasn't Eve Beauty's fault at all, I'm not used to leaving reviews online, but wanted to give a well deserved 5* rating for great customer service.

SAD! No problem solving quality at this place. My booking was made for shellac nails but I wanted dip powder nailswhich I accept is totally my fault to which she said its not available and continued painting my nails ignoring the fact that I was shocked and was expecting something totally different which again is not her fault but a little acknowledgement would be nice.when I got home, I found that they do acrylic nails which is so much closer to what I wanted but she didn’t even mention that. We could have at least talked about it or booked another appointment if she didn’t have enough time at that point. Or worked it out in some way but there was nothing at all from her side.I would have suggested or helped her to decide if I knew they did other kinds of nails too. Felt like she just wanted to get it over with and take the money. Feel like scammed! Hated the VERY limited colours available but you can’t do much about it at this point Cus you have already paid half the price during booking it online. $105 for nothing. Almost cried finding out that something could have been done if she was willing to help. Huge disappointment!

I had a gel manicure with Katie one of the new staff members and it was awesome. Katie was very professional and did a fabulous job of my nails. She was very meticulous and I’m very happy with the results. Will definitely be back to see Katie in the near future. Thanks so muchService: Manicure

Shoutout to Shawna who did my elopement make up. First time getting make up professionally done and she was very meticulous and also made sure I liked the end result. Make up lasted all day and the photos turned out amazing thank you! Xx
