Spread across three levels eforea spa located within the Hilton Queenstown Hotel boasts ten treatment rooms including three couples suites of which one presidential room is complete with private hot tub and balcony. A manicure and pedicure room compliments the full scope of services available. The opulent eforea spa also provides a stunning transition lounge to relax before and after treatments overlooking the magnificent Lake Wakatipu.

This Hilton is located just outside of Queenstown. I stayed here for Christmas holiday. The ferry service made everything easy to get to the city. There was a bike hire located on premises that was reasonably priced for the day. If I want to be critical I could give 4 stars but the staff did a wonderful job, complimentary bottle of wine and handwritten note for the holiday stay. I am from the states and have been living in the country for 4 months on business and this country is experiencing unprecedented staff shortages specifically in hospitality and general services. I cannot blame the company for trying to do everything they can for their costumers. The country is having a hard time coming out of the lockdowns and enticing their own citizens to stay in the country. I hope 2023 fairs well, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a low key or family vibe.
The spa itself is nice, however after trying two different experiences I have been left underwhelmed. Considering I spent over $300 for a facial, it was very dissapointing to receive subpar value. The first facial was terrible, both products used left my face stinging and with a burning feeling. The facial described the use of pressure point massage for the jaw and face, none of which was provided. The second facial was just as bad and the massage included was also bad. I want to note that both women were friendly and nice however this did not make up for the lack of experience present.
I just had the best massage ever by Juliana! Thank you so much for the wonderful time. Amazing facilities, beautiful and relaxing environment, really personalized experience. I recommend it 100%
Hot tub broken. Steps in pool slippery,/slimey, probably need cleaning. Mens sauna a cold 75°C and no way to adjust. Women's sauna 34°C. Steam rooms run at good temp. Length of pool ok for laps.

A great great lady sorry I forgot your name gave me a perfect facial and the whole experience was just so awesome. She was professional, knowledgeable and we had a great chat! Swimming pool&hot pool was yellow/grey/green-ish didn't dare to step in.
Highly recommend this place for a bit of a treat and relaxation I always feel so good after and really relaxed. The treatments are amazing and the facilities are fantastic.
Have been before....it was Great...this time I took 2 friends for massage & facial. Was alot Less than I'd hoped for. Robes were worn out & unironed. Massages were good but not exceptional..heat pumps in rooms were noisy. Sorry wont be back.
Both trips to eforea have been excellent. Mayuko is a fabulous therapist, would highly recommend. Stunning space, people and the staff are wonderful. I am 22 weeks pregnant and the beds are super comfortable, products all gentle and beautiful. Thank you for another great afternoon.
