Euro Patisserie Torbay North Shore

We purchased venison stake and vegetables pie. It tasted amazing. Perfectly seasoned venison, balanced gravy and fresh pastry. Every bite is delicious and satisfying. The staff a young lady is so friendly and helpful.

2024: Well deserving of the Supreme Pie Award.nTheir Steak & Cheese Pie was the best in our pie tour of Auckland.nPerfectly seasoned tender beef, balanced gravy ratio and flakey pastery with every bite.nEach component done so well and deserving of all praise.

First time trying this place. I got a chicken, cranberry and brie pie, pastry was golden, filling tasted okay wouldn't say it's award winning. Club sandwich was decent enough for $5 and I'm yet to try the custard square which I absolutely love. All up 3 times for about $16 dollars.

Pies average to slightly above average, depending on the day and the pie.nFor a bakery thats promotes its awards and puts up the price of award winning ones it needs to make better pies or lower the price.nI've been there lots as its my local so this is a fair rating over years. Usually go there for morning glory muffins which the family loves, then when there buy a pie. This 3 star rating is all about the pies. MGM is a 5/5.

Pretty good pies. But considering the number of awards on display, I was hoping for a little more.nnI shared a Mince & Cheese, and Smoked Venison.nnBoth were pretty good.nnI'll definitely put in on the list to go back, but it's not the top pie in town.
