Story

Essentially You because it is all about you, especially if you are struggling with mental health issues or health issues of any sort and you're looking for more than is on offer in mainstream, Western medicine.

This page reflects my journey with mental health and the discoveries I have made along the way.

If you are suffering from anxiety or depression or PTSD or an addiction, these are symptoms. There is more out there for you than what is presented by the mainstream that primarily concerns itself with suppressing the symptoms rather than healing the underlying causes for those symptoms.

I am an Emotion Code Practitioner but share other modalities, practices and tips. Anything to help on the journey to recovery because tbh feeling like shit all the time is shit. It's exhausting, it's debilitating and just downright sucks the joy out of life and that's what life is supposed to be - joyous!!
