Esquires Cafe

The cafe is located at basement just before you enter the library. They have entry for the library from Library as well. The cafe is neat and tidy and offer lot of options for a quick bite. Free WiFi and great place to seat and read a book or work on your laptop. Good place for small group to seat and enjoy the chat. I really like this place.

Coffee was alright, but the blueberry and white chocolate muffin was amazing. And so was the service. The lady working there was super nice. The space is bright and not too busy. Good for reading and work.

We visit on Sat morning at 10 am. A queue of customers lining up with only one serving staff. But the staff is so friendly and patient.

Conveniently located next to the Central Library. Decent coffee and the Big Breakfast was particularly good too.

I've literally wait for almost 25 min to get only one coffee when I've vist here for the second time. Again it's still tooking me too long to get my coffee. I think it because of inconsistent management, responsibility and fast efficient service that makes the customer a bit impatience and the problems needs to be address and make a improvement to keep this place growing. That is just my feedback that I want them to understand and hopefully they will find the ways to make some shifts and more importantly concentrate on your aims and goals through the workplace.

Food standard, but the service was poor. We were told the kitchen was closed when it was 1pm kitchen closes at 1:45pm, and our food got delivered to the wrong table. Good in principle, as it would be nice to have a coffee and read a book from the library, but I will not be returning when there are many better options close by.

Not good service. I ordered the chicken and mushroom filo but got served the spinach and bacon filo, when i double checked with the waitress she confirmed it was the chicken filo although it was not, as i was pressed for time i didnt take it further. My friend ordered a coffee and the waitress served it spilled over, another staff member came by and offered a napkin, 5 mins later we see that staff member outside taking a smoke.. needless to say the napkin never came. Overall my friends and i decided not to go back there

Very very convenient situated place but slow slow service to wait for a warm coffee . The barista looks like her mind is somewhere else not on her job. Food is expensive . Will try & find somewhere else clòser warmer & friendlier.

Had coffee here several times when came to the library, convenient location, spacious, nice and tidy. The coffee tasted normal, maybe it's not my favorite coffee.

Worst . 1hour waiting for anything you order. Hot drinks are horrible. Please even if it takes you a little bit of walking go to some other cafe . Total mood spoiler.
