Awesome place with a fantastic caring knowledgeable team. Improved my core so no longer have sciatica and got to my ideal weight whoop whoop! Love that they check in each season to see how injuries are and can tailor the workout for your specific needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EPIC!!!
With so much passion coming from one brand it is hard to fault this personalised training studio. Offering an environment where individuals can work out without intimidation and with lots of support and guidance.. why wouldn't you go in and try our their 2 week FREE experience to give it a go.
A great "gym" if you don't like gyms. None of the pretentious show offs here, just a great bunch of people. The trainers are awesome, every session is different and with small classes of 6 or less every time it's like a personal training session. Highly recommended.
The team at EPIC FIT are amazing!! I have never felt comfortable going to a gym until I came here and I genuinely look forward to training with them. The EPIC team are always looking at different ways to prevent injuries while training and make sure to help you reach goals that are custom to you! Such an amazing gym!
I highly recommend EPIC Fit everyone is very friendly and helpful, always happy to help me and make sure that I am doing the exercises properly. Always challenging me to push myself out of my comfort zone.
Amazing! Freindly staff, genuinely caring, awesome team. Love the way I look and feel, couldn't do it without the Epic team. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!
