Best online supplement store in NZ. With great support team. Orders are delivered quickly, If I order before 9am, sometimes orders come the same day and I always get a free sample or two with every order. earn loyalty points with every order. Always have coupon codes for an extra 5% off. easy to navigate store, with awesome specials.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Word of warning if you want anything other than what's on the shelf. This review is for head office. As a  fitness professional I'm beyond disappointed at the turnover time. 7 months. Sorry but it doesn't take 7 months to get anything from anywhere. If I didn't need matching items I never would have agreed to an initial 9-10 week turn around, which NZM somehow justified  becoming an acceptable 7 months. Blame Covid right? Nice one. I intend on never doing business with NZM again.

I normally don't bother reviews but in this case these guys certainly deserve one. I placed an order this morning and received the goods this afternoon. The site is easy to use, the ordering system is quick, and they do what they promise without all the sales tricks and traps some other online companies employ. Have used NZ Muscle before and will use them again. Keep up the good work guys.

I usually buy online so haven't actually been into the store, but it's dispatched from here.  They have great deals, you'll usually get a little freebie too.  Super fast shipping and readily stock available means you wont be waiting long for your goods!

Awesome Team and products here at NZ Muscle. Staff are always willing to listen and advise, branches look great and range of products are awesome. One of my favourite services is their same-day delivery, order by 4pm and get it the same night, perfect for those with a tight schedule and don't like having an incomplete stack even for one day. I’m continuously impressed with how fast and efficient the delivery is for online purchases made with NZ Muscle. I placed an order at about 9:30am this morning and I just got the confirmation email to say it had been delivered at 2:30pm. This is amazing! So helpful for when I forget I’ve used the last of my protein in my morning shake and need some for the next day. Cheers team!

These are great guys, every time I make a purchase its quick and easy on the website, it arrives within days even being at the bottom of NZ, it's got lots of awesome free stuff and a personalised hand written note from the packer!!! If you order a product on a business day, you expect it to be dispatched the same day. Not two days later with the excuse they were having a sale so they've been under the pump - if you know your online orders are coming in thick and fast, get more staff to cover it. Never had this problem with big supplement suppliers in Australia or the UK. Sort your s#*t out.
